My office is located on the 6th floor of the Westgate Office Building on 20525 Center Ridge Rd, Suite # 615. See map below. There is a free parking lot adjacent to the building.
Allow 5-10 minutes before your appointment for time to park and come up to the 6th floor. Please bring all current medications, vitamins, and supplements to your first appointment or any other pertinent information and/or related documents.
Office hours are by appointment only, no walk-ins please.
